Chicheng street is a street under the jurisdiction of Shangcheng County, Xinyang City, Henan Province, formerly known as Chengguan Town, which was changed to a town office in October 2013. The office starts from Huangbaishan road in the west, adjacent to Nianyushan office, borders Wanggang town in the south, jingantai town in the East, and Fengji town in the north. It covers a total area of 40 square kilometers and governs 9 communities and 6 administrative villages with a population of 125000.

Chicheng street is the seat of the county Party committee and government, and the political, economic, cultural and information center of the county.
