Chengguan town of Jiahe County is the political, economic, cultural, transportation and logistics center of the whole county. It has jurisdiction over 6 community neighborhood committees, 44 resident groups, 2 administrative villages and 8 villager groups, with land area of 10.4 square kilometers and cultivated land area of 1898 mu. By the end of 2010, the total population of the town was 43609, including 40259 urban population, birth rate of 10.1 ‰ and natural growth rate of 5.8 ‰.
