Forest situation

Forest area construction

Develop green industry. There are many forest by-products growing in Daxinganling forest area, especially wild vegetables. Jiagedaqi forestry bureau made full use of its resource advantages, raised 5.6 million yuan by means of self financing and attracting investment, established an integrated freezing plant and green food chain stores for quick freezing, cold storage and preservation, and laid a solid foundation for the scale development of green food. The development of green food processing industry has also led to the development of breeding, planting and collecting industries.

Developing eco-tourism. Daxinganling primeval forest is picturesque, natural ice and snow world is magnificent, and it is a good place for summer. In 1999, the bureau raised 1 million yuan and guided individual investment of 1.2 million yuan to develop tourism projects. 33 scenic spots have been built, including central flower garden, Tianjiao paradise with Mongolian characteristics and Guli comprehensive tourism villa. As of 2002, it has received more than 12000 Chinese and foreign tourists, with an output value of 1.4 million yuan. The Baihe Pavilion, Baifu Pavilion, dabainiao garden, HUAFA Avenue and other tourist attractions of Guli comprehensive tourism villa have attracted many tourists and become a beautiful scenic line in Xing'an Mountains.

Develop characteristic agriculture. Jiagedaqi forestry bureau made full use of the advantages of large cultivated land, adjusted the planting structure, and changed from planting conventional low efficiency crops to planting Virus-free Potatoes, flax, soybeans, Yundou and other characteristic high efficiency crops, which increased the market price by 15% and the profits by a large margin.
