Anjie Township

Anjie township is located in the northeast of Changting County, Longyan City, Fujian Province. It is adjacent to Guanqian Town, Xinqiao Town and Tiechang township of the county, and at the junction of Ninghua county. It is a famous hometown of bamboo industry and edible fungi.

In 2019, the township governs 5 administrative villages, 65 villager groups, 112 natural villages, 2904 households and 10026 people. The total land area of the township is 64 square kilometers, with 7156 mu of arable land, 84000 mu of forest land and 42000 mu of bamboo mountain, and the forest coverage rate is 86.3%.

Geography

It is 32 kilometers away from the county, 430 meters above sea level, with an average annual temperature of 16-17 ℃ and an annual rainfall of more than 1700 mm.
