Shengli Street

Shengli sub district office was established in Dehui County in 1995. In 2001, the original Heping sub district office was merged into Shengli sub district office.

The sub district office is located on the east side of Heping Road and the undeveloped Qidao street, covering an area of 45.05 square kilometers. The three villages under its jurisdiction have a cultivated area of 624.5 hectares, a total of 25122 households and a population of 61452 (2010). There are 17 main streets and roads with a total length of 24 kilometers. The main units in the street are municipal Party committee, municipal government, some functional bureaus, large enterprise cement plant, Dalian Jinxin company, etc.

At present, there are 79 staff in the sub district office, including 44 administrative staff and 35 career staff, including 4 pre retired, 22 retired, 1 retired and 52 in-service staff. The office consists of Armed Forces Department, party office, family planning office, finance office, civil affairs office, economic and Trade Office, urban management office, labor security office, document statistics office and other departments. The sub district office is an agency of the government, which has jurisdiction over six communities (Heping community, Shuguang community, Qianjin community, Yuanbao community, Xingsheng community and Qinghua community) There are party office, disabled persons' Federation, minimum living security, social security, party affairs and other departments in the community.
