Chengguan Street is located in the southeast of Huixian City, Henan Province, adjacent to Changcun town and Mengzhuang town in the East, Huqiao street in the South and Baiquan Town in the West and North. It is the residence of Huixian Municipal People's government and the political, economic, cultural, financial and traffic center of the city. It covers an area of 8 square kilometers.

Evolution of organizational system

In 1912, it belonged to the first district. Chengxiang town in 1946. In 1949, it still belonged to the first district. Baiquan people's commune was established in 1958, and Chengguan people's commune was established in 1961. It was established in 1981.
