Jingouhe Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shawan City, Tacheng Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the middle of Shawan City, bordering Wulan Wusu town and 143 regiment in the East and south, county town and Daquan Township in the west, 144 regiment and improved seed farm in the north, with a total administrative area of 103.51 square kilometers.

History of construction

Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was under the jurisdiction of Xixiang, Manas County.

In 1955, it belonged to sandaohezi township.

In 1958, two production brigades, excited and red star, belonged to urban commune.

In 1975, the red flag commune was established.

In 1978, it was renamed jingouhe commune.

In 1984, it was changed to jingouhe township.

In December 2000, the township was withdrawn to build jingouhe town.
