Dadamutu Town, subordinate to Yining City, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the north of Yining City, adjacent to Panjin Township in the East, Hanbin Township in the south, bayandai town in the West and Yining County in the north, with a total administrative area of 56.7 square kilometers.

In 1950, it belonged to six districts of Yining County. In 1984, damutu township was built. On June 7, 2018, the organizational system of dadamutu Township in Yining city was abolished and dadamutu town was established.
