Manglai Township, subordinate to Moyu County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Moyu County, adjacent to karakashi town in the East, Tuohula Township and aksalayi Township in the south, kuiya Township in the West and puqiakeqi Township in the north, with an administrative area of 23.61 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 30571 people had registered residence in manlai township. As of October 2019, 18 villages were under the jurisdiction of manlai Township, and the town government was in bazaa Bo Yi village.

History of construction
The late Qing Dynasty was under the jurisdiction of makuiyaming.
In the eighth year of the Republic of China (1919), it was under the jurisdiction of kayashimin and makuiyaming; in the twenty sixth year of the Republic of China (1937), it was under the jurisdiction of kayashicun, ahejie village, atongqi village in three districts, Manglai village and tahesha village in four districts; in the thirty third year of the Republic of China (1944), it was under the jurisdiction of Fuxing Township and Xinsheng township.
After the founding of new China, it was under the jurisdiction of the eighth and ninth districts of Moyu county.
In 1958, it was under the jurisdiction of the three communes of May 1, upstream and rocket.
In December 1984, for the convenience of management, Manglai township was established by merging two management districts (six villages) in puqiakeqi Township, two management districts (six villages) in Kalakashi town and one management district (three villages) in Tuohula township.
