Kizil Township
Kisir Township, belonging to Baicheng County, Akesu, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the eastern part of Baicheng County town, East is bordered by Agger Township in Kuche, and is bounded by the South and new County of Baicheng, west of the town of Sai Li Mu.
