Beilinharimodun Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Bole City, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southeast of Bole City. It is adjacent to mangding Township, Jinghe County in the East, Tuoli Township and daheyanzi Town, Jinghe County in the south, dalite town in the west, Alataw pass port in the north, and Kazakhstan. The administrative area is 137.00 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 7580 people had registered residence in Beilin Hari Mun township.
In 1950, it belonged to two districts and three townships of Jinghe county. In 1954, it was assigned to three districts and three townships of Bole county. In 1958, it belonged to Xinsheng commune. In 1976, Hongquan commune was established. In 1978, it was renamed mani commune. In November 1984, the village of mordun in Hari, Beilin was built. As of October 2019, belinharmodun has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages.
