Zhanqian Street
Zhanqian street, subordinate to Xinfu District, Fushun City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north central part of Xinfu District, adjacent to yong'antai street in the East, Nanyang street in the south, Qianjin Street in the west, and jiangjunbao street in Shuncheng district across the river in the north. The total area is 2.1 square kilometers. At the end of 2011, the total population of Zhanqian sub district was 51289.
On May 9, 1953, the residents committee in front of the station was changed to the street in front of the station. In November 1988, the original twenty-first Committee set up twenty-six committees. In December 1998, Qianjin Street was merged into Zhanqian street. As of June 2020, Zhanqian street has jurisdiction over 15 communities, and its sub district office is located at No. 7-2, Xiwu Road, Xinfu District.
By the end of 2011, there were 2611 commercial outlets in Zhanqian street.
Historical evolution
In October 1950, two district offices, Xinfu and Zhongxin, were set up, and three sub district committees, Zhanqian, Minzhu and liangcang, were set up in Zhanqian district.
On May 9, 1953, the residents committee in front of the station was changed to the street in front of the station.
On April 29, 1960, 19 streets were abolished and 8 communes were established. Among them, Zhanqian commune was established in Zhanqian District, which belongs to the people's Committee of Xinfu District.
In October 1962, it was renamed Zhanqian commune, Xinfu District, Fushun City, under the leadership of Xinfu District People's Committee.
In August 1966, it was renamed Qianjin commune. At the same time, five secondary reform committees were set up, including Minzhu South Street, Minzhu North Street, Zhanqian South Street, Zhanqian North Street and Liangzhan street.
On August 26, 1978, Qianjin commune was changed into Zhanqian street, belonging to the reform committee of Xinfu District, and the secondary reform committee was abolished.
In March 1986, Zhanqian sub district divided the original seven committees into 22 committees, the original nine committees into 23 committees, the original twelve committees into 24 committees, and the original twenty committees into 25 committees.
In November 1988, the original twenty-first Committee set up twenty-six committees.
In December 1998, Qianjin Street was merged into Zhanqian street.

In August 2000, the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th committees under the jurisdiction of yongantai sub district office were assigned to Zhanqian sub district, and the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 7th committees under the jurisdiction of Zhanqian sub district office were assigned to yongantai sub district. After the adjustment, Zhanqian Street reorganized 36 residents' committees into 14 community residents' committees, namely Dongsan Road, Minzhu Road, Dongba Road, Fuping Road, Jiefang Road, commercial city, Xijiu Road, Yucai Road, Nanyuan Road, Paradise Road, Yongshou Road, Qianjin Road, Baiyun road and Xiyi road.
In October 2004, the five community residents committees of Zhanqian street, including paradise, Yongshou Road, Qianjin, Baiyun and Xiyi Road, were assigned to Qianjin Street; Nanyuan community was assigned to Nanyang street; and the three community residents committees of Fumin Street, including qiantaichun, Wanshun and Liantong, were assigned to Zhanqian street. At this time, the total number of communities under the jurisdiction of Zhanqian street became 11, namely Dongsan Road, Dongba Road, Minzhu Road, Jiefang Road Commercial city, Xijiu Road, Yucai, Fuping, qiantaichun, Wanshun and Unicom.
In April 2011, Wanshun community and Unicom community under the jurisdiction of Zhanqian Street merged into Unicom community, and the total number of communities under the jurisdiction became 10, namely Dongsan Road, Dongba Road, Minzhu Road, Jiefang Road, commercial city, Xijiu Road, Yucai, Fuping, qiantaichun and Unicom.
By the end of 2011, Zhanqian street had 10 residents committees, including Dongsan Road, Dongba Road, Minzhu Road, Jiefang Road, commercial city, Xijiu Road, Yucai, Fuping, qiantaichun and Unicom, with 906 residents groups.
