Baiyanghe Township, belonging to Mulei Kazak Autonomous County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Mulei Kazak Autonomous County, bordering Bostan Township in the East, xiaranch of Dashitou Township in the south, ZHAOBISHAN Township in the West and Xinhu Township in the north. The area is 470.52 square kilometers. In 2018, 3362 people registered residence.
In 1950, it was Baiyanghe administrative village in Chengguan District. In 1951, for the four townships of Chengguan District. In 1957, it was Baiyanghe Township, Chengguan District. In 1958, it belonged to Dongfeng commune. In June 1965, the local state-owned Baiyanghe ranch was set up. In 1979, it was changed into Baiyanghe commune. In 1984, it was changed into Baiyanghe township. In October 2019, Baiyanghe Township governs five administrative villages.
