Jianquan farm is located in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain, in Huinong District of Shizuishan City, 9 kilometers away from Shizuishan city. In the spring of 1953, Jianquan farm was set up in Chaohu farm under the reform through labor bureau of Gansu Provincial Public Security Department.
