Zhangguotun town

Zhangguotun town of Puyang City is located in the southeast of Nanle County of Puyang City, 12 kilometers away from Nanle County of Puyang City. It is located in the hinterland of North China Plain and belongs to Henan Province of central China. It is adjacent to Yangcun township of Puyang City in the west, Hanzhang town of Puyang City in the north, Qiankou town of Puyang City in the East, Gongying township of Qingfeng County of Puyang City in the south, with convenient transportation. It is 15 kilometers away from Daguang Expressway in the West and g341 National Highway in the north Anji highway is 4 km, provincial highway 209 runs through the whole town from north to south, Nanlin expressway runs through the town from east to west, with a total area of 55.7 square kilometers (2017).

In November 2017, zhangguotun town was awarded the fifth national civilized village.

In July 2020, it won the honorary title of national health Township from 2017 to 2019.

It is 15 km away from Daguang Expressway in the west, 4 km away from national highway g341 (the original provincial highway Anji) in the north, and 209 provincial highway runs through the whole territory from north to south Nanlin expressway runs through the town from east to west, with a total area of 55.7 square kilometers (2017), including 52500 mu of arable land, 30 administrative villages, 177 villager groups, and a total population of 42339 (2017).

History of villages and towns

Zhangguotun town of Puyang City has a long history of organizational system. In ancient times, it was located in Wuyang County of Eastern Han Dynasty. Later, it was under the jurisdiction of Wuyang County, wusheng County and Chaocheng County of Shandong Province. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to dongliushe, Nanle County, Hebei Province; in 1929, it abandoned the rural area to be the first district of Nanle County, Hebei Province; in 1948, it was divided into the first district and the Ninth District of Nanle County, Hebei Province. In 1956, the establishment of zhangguotun town was abolished, and it belonged to Nanle County, Henan Province. In 1958, it was renamed zhangguotun people's commune in Nanle County, Henan Province. In 1984, the establishment of zhangguotun town in Puyang City, Henan Province was restored, and in July 2012, the township was withdrawn to build a town.

Township Development

The Party committee and government of zhangguotun town in Puyang City thoroughly implement the scientific outlook on development, lay the foundation, build the image, ensure stability, seek development, and make every effort to promote the balanced and rapid development of economic and social undertakings. New breakthroughs have been made in the industrial economy. The town has introduced 18 enterprises to settle in zhangguotun through investment promotion, including 12 industrial enterprises with investment exceeding 10 million yuan and profits and taxes exceeding 1 million yuan. At present, there are 165 private enterprises and more than 5000 employees in the town. The agricultural industry has formed new advantages. A modern agricultural production base of ten thousand Mu has been built, and pollution-free vegetables have been produced and sold all over the country. The new management mode of "four level grid" has been promoted in the whole town. It adheres to the principle of paying equal attention to governance and education, and pays attention to social management at multiple points. At present, the management mode has been promoted and studied in Henan Province.
