Heyin Town, belonging to guide County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Qinghai Province, is located in the middle of Guide county. It is adjacent to Hedong Township in the East, MEICI mountain in the south, West River and Hexi Town in the west, and crosses both sides of the Yellow River in the north. It is 158 kilometers away from qiabqia Town, the capital of Hainan prefecture, and 110 kilometers away from Xining, the provincial capital, with a total administrative area of 32.67 square kilometers.

Heyin town was established in 1938. In 1984, Heyin and Chengnan commune were renamed Heyin town. By the end of 2018, the population of Huyin town registered residence was 37263. In 2019, Heyin town governs 8 communities and 12 administrative villages, and the people's government is located in the South Street of the county.

In 2018, Heyin town has 13 industrial enterprises and 58 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

Heyin town was established in 1938.

After the founding of the people's Republic of China, there were four districts. Heyin town belonged to four districts.

In 1959, Heyin town and Chengnan Township were merged into Heyin commune.

In 1961, Heyin commune was divided into Heyin commune and Chengnan commune.

In 1966, Heyin and Chengnan communes merged into Heyin and Chengnan communes.

In 1984, Heyin and Chengnan commune were renamed Heyin town.
