Yintian Township
Yintian Township, belonging to Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the east of the county, on the South Bank of Haomen, adjacent to Dongchuan town in the East, Daban mountain in the south, Malian Township in the west, and quankou town and Dongchuan town bounded by Haomen River in the north. The area is 120.2 square kilometers. In 2018, 9540 people registered residence.
In 1938, it was Fengsheng Township in the second district. In 1949, it was a new town in the second district. In 1952, it was renamed Yintian township of the second district. In 1956, Yintian township was under the jurisdiction of the county. In 1958, it belonged to Dongfeng commune. In 1962, Yintian commune was established. In 1968, it was renamed Xiangyang commune. In 1983, it was changed to Yintian township. As of October 2019, Yintian rural area has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.
In 2018, Yintian township has 24 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Yintian township is located in the south of Daban mountain, facing Haomen River in the north, low in the north and high in the south, with an altitude of 2740 meters. Most of the southern part is alpine meadow, and the northern part is Haomen Valley, which is flat and open.

Animal husbandry is mainly for raising cattle, sheep and horses, with 21014 heads of all kinds of livestock, including 2163 cattle, 18647 sheep, 204 horses, and 5250 heads of fattening cattle and sheep; Shiliang native chicken breeding professional cooperative in Yintian Township, Xinlei dairy research and development professional cooperative and Weimin native chicken breeding professional cooperative have been established; the total output value of animal husbandry is 12.077 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers is 4147.3 yuan.

The jiazigou bridge in Yintian Township connects the north and south, and the lower Daban road of ningzhang highway passes through the territory. It is the main gateway to Hehuang in the south of Menyuan. Seven villages in the township have basically realized the road hardening of village to village access.
