Xinghai road street is located in the northeast of Xining City, the West Bank of Nanchuan River and the South Bank of Huangshui River. The population is 30962 (2010), mainly Han nationality, with Hui, Tibetan, Tu and other nationalities. It covers an area of 1.4 square kilometers.
