Ganjia town
Ganjia Town, belonging to Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the northwest of Xiahe County, adjacent to Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Township, Madang Province in the East, Labrang town and Damai Township in the south, Tongren County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province in the west, and Xunhua County, Qinghai Province in the north. The area is 842.79 square kilometers. In 2018, 7772 people registered residence.
In 1950, Ganjia township was established. In 1968, the commune was established. In 1983, the township was restored. In March 2017, the township was set up. In June 2020, Ganjia town governs seven administrative villages.
