Qiaosi Township
Qiaosi Township, belonging to Linxia County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Linxia County, bordering Xianfeng Township in the East, Liujiaxia Reservoir in the northeast, facing Hetan town and Yongjing County, Dongxiang Autonomous County, with Tuqiao town in the South and Potou Township and Nanyuan Township in the West. The area is 25.53 square kilometers. In 2018, 12504 people registered residence.
In 1950, it merged with Renshou Township into four districts, and later changed to Beiyuan District, which governs six townships. In 1955, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. Huihe township was merged into Qiaosi township. In 1958, it was incorporated into sanjiaoxiang. In September of that year, Beiyuan commune was established, one of which was the Qiaosi brigade, which was subordinate to Linxia city at the end of the year. In 1961, Qiaosi group was taken as Qiaosi commune. In 1966, the Guokang brigade of Hedong commune in Yongjing county was designated as Guiqiao Temple commune. In 1973, the organizational system of Linxia city was abolished and it is subordinate to Linxia county. In October 2019, Qiaosi village governs eight administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 6 industrial enterprises in Qiaosi Township, and 20 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
