Biyu Town, subordinate to Tongwei County, Dingxi City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Tongwei County, adjacent to Jichuan town and Qin'an County in the East, Xiangnan Township in the south, Pingxiang town in the west, Longyang Township and Longshan Township in the north, with an administrative area of 127 square kilometers.

By the end of 2018, the town of Bi Yu had 18850 registered residence population. Up to June 2020, 16 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of the town of Bi Yu, and the new town was located in the new town.
