Chengxiang town construction community, founded in 2001, is located in the center of Wuming County, with 11 resident groups, a total of 1590 households and a total population of 4538. It is a mixed community composed of 32 organs, enterprises and institutions. Community area: East from the front of wujiaohua company, west along Yongning road to the dormitory of industry and Commerce Bureau. To the south, it goes along Nongtan road to Mingxiu hydropower station, and to the west, it is bounded by Xijiang River in Wuming county.

Relying on the location advantage of the county, the community vigorously develops individual industry and commerce. By 2014, the district has developed 3 large-scale comprehensive shopping malls, 1 large-scale agricultural trade market, and more than 1500 individual businesses. The annual total income of township enterprises is more than 100 million yuan, the community economy and culture is prosperous, the public security is stable, the environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, and the people live and work in peace and contentment. In 2003, it won the title of model community party organization in Wuming county and the demonstration site of creating civilized community in the whole district. In 2005, it won the title of civilized community in Wuming county. In 2006, it won the title of "double support" advanced unit in Wuming county. In 2007, it won the title of Nanning civilized community. In 2008, he was awarded the model of the May 4th Red Flag regiment branch of Guangxi. In 2010, it was awarded the advanced unit of comprehensive management of social security in Wuming county. From 2010 to 2013, Wuming County won the title of "non policy childbearing community".
