Hongdezhen

Hongde Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Huan County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the north of Huan County, bordering Fanjiachuan Township in the East, Huancheng Township and Hudong Township in the south, Xiaonangou Township in the west, Gengwan Township, Shancheng Township and luoshanchuan Township in the north. The administrative area is 582.3 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Hong De town was 28148.

In April 1961, Xiaoguan commune was established. In January 1965, Xiaoguan commune was merged into Hongde commune. In December 1983, Hongde commune was transformed into a township. In December 2014, the township was removed to build a town. As of June 2020, Hongde town has 19 administrative villages and 1 community.

In 2011, the total financial revenue of hongdezhen was 6.319 million yuan, an increase of 40% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 1.276 million yuan, an increase of 8% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax was 956000 yuan, enterprise income tax was 985000 yuan, and per capita fiscal revenue was 236.7 yuan, an increase of 32% over the previous year. In 2011, the total agricultural output value reached 39.72 million yuan, an increase of 2.3% over the previous year.

History of construction

In the Sui Dynasty, Hongde county was established.

In the Northern Song Dynasty, hongdezhai was built.

During the Qing Dynasty, it was called Hongde city.

In June 1936, Hongde district was established.

From July 1936 to April 1937, Shaanxi Gansu Ningxia provincial Party committee and provincial government were stationed in helianwan, and Huanxian county government was successively stationed in hongdecheng and helianwan.

In November 1955, Hongde township was established, and xinjizi Township and sanshilipu Township were also established.

In October 1958, sanshilipu township was merged into Hongde, and xinjizi township was merged into Hudong and Nanqiu districts. In October of the same year, Hongde commune was established.

In April 1961, Xiaoguan commune was established.

In January 1965, Xiaoguan commune was merged into Hongde commune.

In December 1983, Hongde commune was transformed into a township.

In December 2014, the township was removed to build a town.

By the end of 2011, Hongde town had 19 administrative villages: Hongde street, kouhe, zhaowa, Zhangyuan, Mayuan, gengyuanpan, xinjizi, xuqi, Xiaoguan, helianwan, dingyangqu, Liangcha, private Yanlu, Miaohe, Liyuan, dahuyuan, zhangyaoxian, lidazhang and suchangou, and 117 villager groups. The people's government is stationed in Hongde village.

By June 2020, Hongde town has 19 administrative villages: kouhe village, gengyuanpan village, xinjizi village, dingyangqu village, Liangcha village, private Yanlu village, Miaohe village, Liyuan Village, dahuyuan village, zhangyaoxian village, lidazhang village, suchangou village, helianwan village, hongdejie village, Mayuan village, Xiaoguan village, xuqi village, Zhangyuan village and zhaowa village. One community: hongdezhen community.
