Minlian town

Minlian Town, subordinate to Minle County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Minle County, adjacent to Shandan County in the East, YONGGU town in the south, Hongshui town and Sanbao town in the west, and Liuba town in the north. It covers an area of 335.33 square kilometers. In 2018, the registered residence of Min Lian Town was 22239.

In 1929, it was assigned to Minle county. In October 1949, it was a flood area. In May 1964, Taihe commune was incorporated into the Democratic Alliance commune. In 1983, it was changed to Minlian township. In 2017, the township was replaced by township. As of June 2020, Minlian town has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Zhangming village.

In the early Qing Dynasty, after the establishment of dongle County, it belonged to Shandan County.

In September 1958, it was incorporated into Dongfanghong commune.
