Jinjialing farm

Jinjialing farm belongs to Hengyang City, formerly known as Jiangdong red flag farm. It was founded in November 1961, covering an area of 1580 mu. Its main products include radish, sweet potato, sweet potato, watermelon, beans and pepper.

Hengyang jinjialing farm, formerly known as Jiangdong Hongqi farm, was built in November 1961. In January 1963, jintanghe horticultural farm was established by merging Dongyang farm, Shikuang farm and Hongqi farm of Jiangdong District. In 1969, jinjialing farm was built by the Municipal Labor University, the municipal nursery and the municipal jintanghe horticultural farm. It was originally under the jurisdiction of the suburb, and was under the jurisdiction of Zhuhui district after the zoning adjustment in 2001.
The site is located in the north of Zhuhui District, adjacent to Xiangjiang River in the west, adjacent to chashanao in the East, South and North, 15 km away from the urban area, 6 km away from Hengyang Railway North Station, east outer ring line and Hengda Expressway passing through the site. The farm covers an area of 1580 Mu and has 239 cadres and workers, including 111 retirees. Fuxing village, an administrative village, has jurisdiction over 13 villager groups with a land area of 6030 Mu and a total population of 1992. Its main products include radish, sweet potato, sweet potato, watermelon, beans and pepper. We have a primary school. Underground there are very rich rock salt resources, high grade, storage capacity of 11.4 billion tons, ranking first in the south, with 2.5 square kilometers of mineral mining rights.
The farm has had brilliant years, and has successively built citrus farm, tea farm, salt factory, brine mine, ten thousand pig farm, Yingfeng shoe factory and other enterprises. At the end of 1990s, due to the influence of policy, market, system and other factors, except brine mines, other enterprises were closed down one after another.
At present, the site is facing the third development opportunity. The party and government members of the site firmly implement the decision of the district Party committee and the district government to build the Chashan chemical industry park and make a breakthrough in jinjialing. They strengthen the quality inside and establish the image outside. They further clarify the working ideas, and adhere to the principles of relying on resources, taking the park as the public, taking industry as the leading role, taking private as the main body and taking attracting investment as the hand On the one hand, strengthen the internal management of existing enterprises, improve the quality of enterprises and enhance efficiency; on the other hand, go out, please come in, provide a relaxed investment environment and quality services, actively attract investment, revitalize the existing stock assets and develop underground resources. In recent years, Yuhua Chemical, Huaxing Chemical, Xinyue chemical, Yida algae, Jinyu carbon black, Dazhi resin and other enterprises have been introduced to settle down. The above-mentioned enterprises have been put into operation, and all production and operation are normal. In particular, Yuhua Chemical has expanded the second phase project, and the output has increased from 30000 tons to 60000 tons per year. In the near future, it is planned to invest another 50 million yuan to build a new 100000 tons per year high standard fully automated production line of sodium bicarbonate. In addition, several major projects such as China Salt Corporation and Guangzhou Xiangjiang group are under negotiation.
