Economic situation

The main income of dry urban and rural economy is agricultural planting income, animal husbandry income and labor export income. Culture, education, health, communication, agriculture and transportation are developing rapidly. The township publicity and culture station has been established as a model project of spiritual civilization construction in the province by the provincial civilization office. The Niangniang Temple and the ganchaiwa Red Army martyrs cemetery, which were restored to commemorate the battle of ganchaiwa in October 1936, became not only one of the county's patriotic education cemeteries, but also a major scenic spot in Gancheng. Poverty alleviation

Dry urban and rural areas is one of the villages and towns that have not yet been lifted out of poverty in the whole county. Existing problems

Agricultural infrastructure is still fragile, and poor disaster bearing capacity is still the main problem in the township. The difficulty of drinking water for people and livestock in the northern mountainous area has not been effectively solved. The water resources of jiusigou in Dayu village have not been fully developed and utilized. It is imperative to move people. However, there is a lack of stamina. The road construction in the village lags behind seriously, and the phenomenon of returning to poverty is very serious.

Development goals

We will continue to strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure with irrigation and water conservancy as the center, actively apply for projects, carry out participatory whole village poverty alleviation projects in Dayu, qingtupo, Shangjiagou and other villages where conditions permit, and strive to do a good job in the relocation of immigrants and the construction of supporting ecological projects. We will return farmland to grassland in the northern mountainous areas, return farmland to forest in the southern mountainous areas, and return farmland to grass, large-scale breeding and adjustment of seed production Planting structure, the development of bean production base, the development of a pillar industry in the township. We should gradually solve the problem of drinking water for people and livestock in six villages in northern mountainous areas, and take the construction of rural roads as an important measure for the social and economic development of the whole township.
