Liujiazhaizi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Huining County, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Huining County, bordering Shutai Township, Haiyuan County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the East, Xinyuan town in the south, caotan town and tugaoshan Township in the west, Fuxing Township, Pingchuan District in the North, with a total administrative area of 297.3 square kilometers.

Before 1949, it belonged to Changfu township; in 1983, it withdrew the commune and established liujiazhaizi township. In 2015, liujiazhaizi township was built from township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Liu Jia Zhai town was 19117. In June 2020, liujiazhaizi town governs one community and 12 administrative villages.

History of construction

Before 1949, it belonged to Changfu township.

In 1952, Liuzhai District Office was set up (District 11).

In 1953, it was changed into ten districts.

In 1955, it was renamed Liuzhai district.

In 1958, Liuzhai commune was established.

In 1981, it was renamed liujiazhaizi commune.

In 1983, the commune was withdrawn and liujiazhaizi township was established.

In 2015, liujiazhaizi township was built from township.
