Taiyigong Street
Taiyigong street, belonging to Chang'an District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the south of Chang'an District and the north foot of Qinling Mountains. The origin of place names
It got its name because Emperor Wu of Han dynasty built Taiyi palace to offer sacrifices to Taiyi God. According to the records of the three Qin Dynasties, "Taiyi mountain is located in Taiyi Valley, 80 miles southeast of Chang'an, with Taiyi Yuanjun Qiuchi in it. In the second year of Yuanfeng (104 BC), Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty worshipped Taiyi here and built Taiyi palace. It is also said that Taiyi immortal practiced here, so he got this name.
