Suoxing Xiang is located in the north central part of the county. Suoxiung township was established in 1962, commune was changed in 1972, and township was rebuilt in 1982. It has a permanent population of 1841 (the sixth census in 2010) and governs 7 administrative villages.

The township was established in 1962 and the commune was changed in 1972. In 1987, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. In 1996, with a population of about 13000, it has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages of bujiaka, wawaseguma, Dima, CHAGER, lazhongma, balanche, Laoren and Gebu, and the township government is stationed in bujiaka. In 2000, there were 1453 permanent residents (in the fifth census). Geography
Located in the north of the central part of the county, the township government is located in yangqingbujika, 80 kilometers away from the county government and 160 kilometers away from Naqu area. It covers an area of 1675 square kilometers and has a population of 2000. It has jurisdiction over 7 administrative villages and 27 natural villages in yangqingbujika, TIMA, lazhong, vapeseku, badang, zalongnaqu and Gebu, belonging to pure animal husbandry township.
natural condition
It is a semi-arid climate zone in the sub frigid zone of the plateau. There is no absolute frost free period, and there is no summer in winter. There are about 80-90 days of rain and snow in the whole year, and the annual rainfall is 400 mm. It is rich in water resources, with heavy wind and snow. The common natural disasters include snow disaster, wind disaster, drought, earthquake, etc.
