In 1728, the ancient town belonged to leshanli in Shangnan. In 1933, it belonged to the eighth district. In 1933, it belonged to niuchangba in Yong'an township. After the founding of the people's Republic of China in 1950, it was under the jurisdiction of Yong'an Township, the first district. In 1953, it belonged to isa district. In 1984, it was reformed into Pingshang district. In 1988, it was removed from the district to build a township Yandongjiao, heitang, Yigu and laoguanfang are zoned, bidaojiao is zoned in Yisa District, and Yigu Yi and Miao township is established.
