Jiangdi town is located in the south of Ludian County. It is 19 kilometers away from the county. Its geographical coordinates are between 103o14 ′ - 103o38 ′ E and 27o02 ′ - 27o08 ′ n. It has jurisdiction over 8 village committees and 129 villager groups, covering an area of 140.32 square kilometers. It is adjacent to Tianba village, Niupeng Township, Weining County, Guizhou Province in the East, across Niulan River from Liyuan Township, Huize County in the south, huodehong town in the county in the west, and Wenping and Taoyuan Township in Ludian Bazi in the north. The town is located in the southwest intersection of Wumeng Mountain system and wulianfeng mountain system. Climatic characteristics
