Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone

Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone, formerly known as Yunnan Songming Yanglin Industrial Park, was approved by the State Council in January 2013. Kunming Yanglin Industrial Park was promoted to a national economic development zone, named Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone. It is one of the six directly managed areas in Yunnan central New Area, an important fulcrum for China's radiation center in South Asia and Southeast Asia, and an important economic growth zone for Yunnan bridgehead construction Long pole.

Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone, formerly known as Yunnan Songming Yanglin Industrial Park, is a provincial-level industrial development zone approved by the Yunnan Provincial People's Government in 1992. In 2006, the park passed the clean-up and rectification of the development zone jointly carried out by the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of land and resources and the Ministry of construction, and the national development and Reform Commission retained it by Announcement No. 66 in 2006. In January 2013, with the approval of the State Council, Yanglin Industrial Park was upgraded to a national economic and Technological Development Zone, named Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone, implementing the current national economic and Technological Development Zone policy; in March, it was listed by the provincial Party committee and the provincial government in the development scope of central Yunnan Industrial Agglomeration Area (New Area). In February 2014, Songming County, as a pilot county directly under the provincial government, was managed by the central Yunnan Industrial Agglomeration Area (New Area), and Yanglin economic development zone was also included in the "New Area" management. In April 2014, Yunnan provincial organization committee officially approved the editorial board of Kunming City, and agreed to establish the "CPC Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone Working Committee" and "Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee". On October 31, 2014, Songming Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone was officially listed and awarded the seal. Yanglin economic development zone is developing rapidly, the quality of investment promotion is improving, the supporting facilities are gradually improving, the embryonic form of industry city integration is emerging, the industrial cluster is growing, the base cultivation is strengthening, and the park economy is growing rapidly. Especially in recent years, relying on superior location advantages, resource advantages, provincial and municipal high-level promotion, and high-quality and efficient government services, the park has positioned itself as an industry of automobile manufacturing and parts supporting, advanced equipment manufacturing of CNC machine tools, new materials, food and beverage, commerce and logistics, and has made great efforts to cultivate and develop a development environment conducive to the healthy growth of the leading industrial chain. The rudiment of industrial cluster has emerged, with one national industrial base and four provincial industrial bases, namely "China packaging and printing industrial base", "Yunnan equipment manufacturing (CNC machine tools, automobiles) new industrialization industrial demonstration base", "Yunnan forest products processing base", "automobile and parts production base" and "Yunnan Cultural and Creative Industrial Park". As of 2017, 231 enterprises have been introduced, including 8 of the world's top 500 enterprises, 12 of China's top 500 enterprises and 168 enterprises in operation. supporting services after years of development, Yanglin economic and Technological Development Zone has invested a lot in improving supporting services. 29 roads have been built in the park, totaling more than 39 kilometers; one sewage treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 20000 cubic meters and three reclaimed water reuse regulating pools with a total capacity of 15000 cubic meters have been built; two waterworks with a daily supply capacity of 30000 cubic meters have been built; three 110kV and 35kV substations have been built; about 23.3 kilometers of drainage pipelines have been built; and 22 kilometers of reclaimed water reuse pipelines have been built. the development of sports projects in jialize, a national characteristic town, has basically taken shape. High starting point, high standard hotel, sports, entertainment and other facilities are attracting visitors from all over the world. The first phase of the central business district of the park with an investment of 4 billion has been completed, and the second phase is under construction. In the near future, a brand-new urban complex will be embedded as a landmark in the park. The continuous improvement of living facilities has injected vitality into the park's image promotion, popularity gathering and platform building. Songming provincial vocational education base adjacent to Yanglin economic development zone is in full swing. After five years of development and construction, 13 colleges and universities have settled in. Nine colleges and universities have enrolled nearly 80000 students. They have opened more than 80 majors such as economic management, engineering and medicine. They have 4800 full-time teachers and an average annual training capacity of 30000. They provide order enrollment for enterprises. It is difficult to find and copy the high-quality technicians needed by the development of the park in other parks. Yanglin economic development zone is an important gateway of Northeast Yunnan Province. It is located in the important section of Kunqu industrial corridor, the northeast development axis of Yunnan Province. It is about 34 km away from the main city of Kunming, 12 km away from Kunming Changshui airport, 90 km away from Qujing City, 290 km away from Zhaotong City, 830 km away from Chongqing City, 840 km away from Chengdu City and 530 km away from Guiyang city It is about 800 km away from Nanning and 400 km to 700 km away from the border ports facing Southeast Asia and South Asia.
