Bangdong Street

Bangdong street is a street under the jurisdiction of Tianzhu County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. It is located in the west of Tianzhu County, 7.5km away from the county, with convenient transportation. 315 provincial road, 842 County Road and 844 County Road pass through the town, forming a road transportation network extending in all directions with rural roads in the town. It is the resident of Economic Development Zone in Tianzhu County and one of the 25 economically strong towns in Qiandongnan Prefecture.

History of construction

On January 14, 2016, Guizhou Provincial People's Government (QFH [2016] No. 24) approved the removal of Bangdong town from the county and the establishment of Bangdong street.

administrative division

In 2011, the town governs 10 villages and one neighborhood committee. In 2015, after the merger of villages, it governs 10 administrative villages and one neighborhood committee, namely Dengta village, santuan village, laidong village, Xinlian village, Tiechang village, Dahebian village, mixi village, Zhiyun village, gaoye village, Yong'an village and Bangdong Street neighborhood committee.

Infrastructure

The construction of small towns is booming, and has been listed as one of the "double hundred" pilot towns in the province by the provincial people's government. The planned area of market towns is 125.65 hectares, and the built-up area is 50 hectares. The land occupied by urban development and construction is 105 mu, which has been approved by the provincial people's government. In the center of the town, there is the largest livestock trading market in the province. In 2003, Bangdong vehicle parking lot was built, and Bangdong farmers' market every fourth day of the lunar calendar The eighth day of junior high school is the busiest day to catch up with the market. In the new year, with the continuous innovation of science and the continuous progress of society, Bangdong town is building a rural industrial zone, Liuhe Village Industrial Zone Guanzhou village Electronic Information Industrial Park, zhonggaoye industrial zone and so on. economic resources

It is rich in mineral resources. The proven mineral resources include coal, barite, silicon, limestone, etc., especially barite, which is civilized for its large reserves, high grade and easy exploitation. Now the proven barite reserves reach 108 million tons, accounting for 60% of the total reserves in China, and it is known as the hometown of barite. Agricultural civilization has a long history. Agricultural production is famous for its high yield per unit area and high multiple cropping index. There are 28800 mu of cultivated land, including 21350 mu of farmland and 7450 mu of soil. The main agricultural crops are rice, wheat, rape, tobacco and so on. Yutang reservoir is the largest agricultural water conservancy project in the province.
