Qianmotou town

Former town of grinding head, belonging to Shenzhou City, Hengshui City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Shenzhou city. It is connected with the Zhao family circle town in the East and south. It is located in the west of the town of Tun Tun and Wangjia town. It borders on the Taigu Zhuang Township in the north, and the area is 62.23 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the population of the registered residence was 23089.

During the period of the Republic of China, it was Motou town. In 1948, it was the residence of the 14 districts of Shen county. In 1949, it was the base of six districts. In 1958, it was changed into spark commune; in the same year, it was changed into Qianmotou commune. In 1984, Motou town was rebuilt. In 1996, gongjiatai township was incorporated. As of June 2020, Qianmotou town has 27 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 65 industrial enterprises in Qianmotou Town, including 9 above scale enterprises and 22 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
