It was set up in Caohai town on November 27, 2013 with the approval of Guizhou Province. according to the reply of Guizhou Provincial People's Government on Approving the adjustment of administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Weining Autonomous County (QFH [2013] No. 248), it is agreed to separate wuligang, Liuqiao, Haibin and Shanqiao streets from Caohai town in Weining Autonomous County, and put Heping Village in Xiaohai town and bangmu village, Qilong village, Liping village and Hongshan village in Yangjie town under the jurisdiction of wuligang street. Wuligang Street governs Handong village, Baiyan village, Zhongtang village, Liaoyuan village, Kaihua village and Liying village, Heping Village of Xiaohai Town, bangmu village, Qilong village, Liping village and Hongshan village of Yangjie Town, and the sub district office is located in bangmu village.
