Liuma town is located in the south of Zhenning Autonomous County, 63 kilometers away from Zhenning County. It is adjacent to Shasha Township in the north, Liangtian town in the south, Dabang Township in the West and Ziyun County in the East. The annual average temperature is 19.7 ℃, and the frost free period is 345 days, which belongs to the middle subtropical climate. The average annual rainfall is 1025mm, the average annual sunshine hours is 1327 hours, the annual sunshine rate is 30%, and the average annual relative temperature is 80%. Historical evolution

In the early days of the Republic of China, Liuma was an important post station in Anshun and Guiyang in the north and Wangmo in the south. In 1952, when Guizhou Province adjusted the county level, Liuma, which was originally under the jurisdiction of Guanling County, was transferred to Zhenning County, and Liuma District People's government was established. After its establishment and withdrawal in 1991, Liuma district was withdrawn and Liuma township was established. The township government was set up in banle village.

Liuma honey plum

Liuma honey plum originated from moye group of Jiadao village, Dabang Township, Zhenning Autonomous County. It was transplanted and grafted to nongpao village more than 20 years ago. It is said that there is a honeycomb on the top of the tree. The honey spills all over the trunk and dries down to the roots. The roots absorb the essence of honey, and the fruit is sweet and long, like honey, so it is called bee sugar plum.

Liu Ma Bing Cui Li

Liuma bingcui plum is an important cultivar after Liuma Tongzi. In 1996, long Kaiguo, a villager of langtian village, took the lead in planting. Due to the large size, good taste and little difficulty in planting, the planting of bingcui plum has greatly increased the economic income of farmers, and the number of farmers participating in the planting has increased year by year. The planting of "April plum", "June plum" and "July Crisp Plum" in Liuma Township has reached nearly 60000 mu.

Six horse dog meat

Liuma dog meat comes from the beautiful town of Liuma Buyi. It is stewed in Liuma's clear river water, supplemented with Ganoderma lucidum, Codonopsis pilosula, Platycodon grandiflorum and other Chinese herbal medicines, and smoked and roasted with charcoal fire. tung oil

It is the oil extracted from the seeds of tung oil tree. It was planted in this area as early as 1200 years ago. The processed "China Liuma tung oil" in this area enjoys export preference and is sold at home and abroad. In recent years, due to natural disasters, the yield of tung trees has been depressed, but it still has great potential. Anshun oil company has signed a contract for tung oil planting base of more than 1000 mu with the farmers in the township, which has laid a foundation for the development of tung oil processing.
