Xiaoya town

Xiaoya Town, subordinate to Zheng'an County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the northwest of Zheng'an County, connecting Hexi Town and Ruixi town in the East, qinggangtang town and Taibai town in Suiyang County in the southwest, Miaotang town and Luoyan Township in the north, with an administrative area of 166.49 square kilometers.

By the end of 2018, 36585 households in Xiaoya town had a registered residence. As of October 2019, Xiaoya town has one community and seven administrative villages.

In 2011, the total financial revenue of Xiaoya town was 5.22 million yuan, an increase of 41% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 3468 yuan. In 2018, there were 11 industrial enterprises in Xiaoya Town, including 2 Enterprises above Designated Size and 19 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

Ming Wanli 29 years (1601), is sanjiangli.

Qing Guangxu 31 years (1905), is the western district.

In 1928, it belonged to Miaotang district (four districts).

Before liberation, it was Liangju township.

After liberation, Xiaoya district was set up.

In 1958, it governed five communes, namely Xiaoya, Gongnong, Liya, Huangdu and Erhe.

In April 1984, on the basis of the original commune, the township system was restored.

In 1992, Xiaoya town was built in the former Xiaoya district.

By the end of 2011, Xiaoya town had eight administrative villages: Xiaoya, Gongnong, Muqiao, Liya, Huangdu, Erhe, tongziping and Dongshan, with 96 villager groups.
