Administration
Strengthened the comprehensive management, attendance, letters and visits, spiritual civilization and other daily affairs management, ensured the normal operation of the office work, and made the office work gradually standardized and institutionalized. We have repeatedly completed the work of organizing all work meetings of the county government, executive meetings of the government, office meetings of the county magistrate, etc. We should strengthen the comprehensive management of public security and pay close attention to the establishment of "safe units". Strengthen the management of vehicles and drivers, so that there is no traffic accident throughout the year, which provides a safety guarantee for government leaders to travel. By actively organizing various kinds of professional training, the staff's professional level, coordination and organizational ability have been significantly enhanced, and their ability to serve leaders, grassroots units and the masses has been further improved. Office work in the joint efforts of all staff, work has made new achievements, has been recognized by leaders and units. At the same time, we are also soberly aware that compared with the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, and with the work standards and requirements of the leaders of the county government, there is still a gap in our work. First, the awareness of service needs to be improved, and there are still many deficiencies in service mode, service means and understanding of service connotation; second, the role of providing assistance for leaders' decision-making is not enough, and the awareness of active participation is not very strong; third, due to the tense office work, the comprehensive and systematic theoretical training of employees needs to be strengthened. All these need to be explored and improved in the future work.
