Caiyuhe town

Caiyuhe Town, a town in Huidong County, Sichuan Province, was established in August 2015. It is the county seat of Huidong County.

On December 13, 2019, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in six counties (cities), including Xichang City (cfzm [2019] No. 18): after the adjustment, caiyuhe town governs Yangfa village, shuitangzi village, PUFA village, Xinfa village, Guancun village, Minzhu village, Dishuiyan village, Biluo village, Chunhe village, Matoushan village, shalahe village, zhujiafen village Grape village, Changxin village, Xiaohe village, Qinggang village, Anle village, Changyu village, Nanshan village, sazeyi village, bailadu village and wangjiafen village belong to the administrative region, and the people's Government of caiyuhe town is located at No.1 Xinyun street.

Brief introduction of villages and towns

In August 2015, according to the spirit of the reply of Sichuan Provincial People's Government on approving Huidong County to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships, 40 towns and townships were cancelled and 13 towns and townships were set up. Huidong Town, the seat of Huidong County, was also abolished. It was merged with Xinyun Township, Changxin Township, xiaochahe Township and sazeyi township to establish caiyuhe town. The name of the town comes from the Caiyu River, which is the first tributary of Jinsha River in Huidong County and the mother river of Huidong County, and flows into Jinsha River from north to south.
