Kangxianzhuang town

Kang Xian Zhuang Town, belonging to Bazhou City, Langfang City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Bazhou, east of Jian tea Town, South and East, Yang Zhuang Township, across the pavilion, and north is bordering Yongqing County, with an area of 78.54 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population was 51206.

Originally named Yongfeng Township, it was changed to Kangxianzhuang during the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty (1875-1908). In 1947, it belonged to shengba county. In January 1984, it was changed to Kangxianzhuang township. In April 1996, Xindian township was incorporated. In 2018, the township will be changed into a town. As of June 2020, Kangxianzhuang town has 40 administrative villages.

Historical evolution

Originally named Yongfeng Township, it was changed to Kangxianzhuang during the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty (1875-1908).

In 1947, it belonged to shengba county.

In 1949, it belonged to the third district of Baxian county.

In 1955, the junior society was established.

In 1956, it belonged to Kangxianzhuang, Yuankou, Xindian and Taishan.

In 1957, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into Kangxianzhuang township.

In 1958, Kangxianzhuang commune was established. In the same year, it merged with dongyangzhuang and Jianchapu into Jianchapu DaoHai commune.

In 1961, Kangxianzhuang commune was restored.

In January 1984, it was changed to Kangxianzhuang township.

In April 1996, Xindian township was incorporated.

In 2018, the township will be changed into a town.
