Yonglang town

Yonglang Town, the ancient name of yongdingying, is an important military town between the north and the south. Yonglang town is a pilot town in Sichuan Province. It is backed by Qilin mountain and in front of it is Anning River. It is located at the junction of Dechang, Miyi and Huili counties. Its geographical position is very important. It is adjacent to Laonian Township in the East, yundian Township in Dali County in the south, Jinchuan and Jinsha Township in the north and southwest of Miyi County, covering an area of 69 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over 5 villages and 38 villager groups.

On December 13, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Liangshan Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in six counties (cities), including Xichang City (cfzm [2019] No. 18): Jinchuan town and Laonian town were canceled, and their administrative areas were put under the jurisdiction of Yonglang Town, and Yonglang Town People's government was stationed at No. 88 Yongsheng Road.

Yonglang town crosses both sides of the Anning River, with valley basin in the middle, hills and middle mountains in the East and West, with an altitude of 1170-2630 meters. There are three weirs and gullies running through the township. The climate is warm, with an average annual temperature of 18.8-19 ℃; the water source is sufficient.

Yonglang town produces rice, wheat, soybeans; specialty longan, banana, sugarcane, flue-cured tobacco, sericulture, chestnut, chicken fir, Tricholoma matsutake, Bigfoot mushroom, etc.

Chengdu Kunming railway and national highway 108 run through the central part of the town along the Anning River, with Yonglang railway station and bus transfer station. Ya'an-panzhihua Expressway also runs along the Anning River, and there is an exit in Singapore and Malaysia. Convenient transportation and rich mineral resources. The main mineral resources are copper, iron, porcelain clay, silicon and cement. Many enterprises, such as Emei ferroalloy plant, silica mine, compound fertilizer plant and Tianyuan mining, are here. the existing street is 1000m long and 12m wide with concrete pavement. It has a farmer's market of more than 3500 square meters. Because it is located at the intersection of Dechang, Miyi and Huili counties, neighboring counties and townships come here all the year round, and the trade is prosperous.

Street for the Dachang Hui settlements, there is a mosque. Han, Hui, Yi and Su people live together here. Yonglang stone house is named for its many rare stones. Yongjin village's Chengmen cave is named after its natural connection with the huge stones on both sides of the gully, just like Chengmen cave.
