Dezhou town
Dezhou town is the resident of the people's Government of Dechang County, which is located in the middle of the county. There are 112 administrative enterprises and institutions in the area under its jurisdiction. The town is the main political, economic and cultural center of the county. The town governs 13 villages, 134 communities, 4 communities and 37 resident groups, with a total population of 47523 in 2008, including 42866 Han people, 3910 Yi people, 49 Susu people, 698 other ethnic minorities, 19023 non-agricultural people, and a total agricultural output value of 190.21 million yuan. The fiscal revenue is 3.82 million yuan, and the per capita net income of rural farmers is 5642 yuan. In ancient times, the market was connected with the nearby terrain and looked like Phoenix, so it was nicknamed Phoenix City. Banlisuoba in the north of the city is the site of gudechang, which is called Xiangcheng.
In December 2019, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed to abolish Dezhou town and set up Dezhou street. The former administrative area of Dezhou town is the administrative area of Dezhou street, and Dezhou Street office is located at No. 7, Jiaoyu lane.

Economic situation
Grain output increased steadily, with 12791 tons of grain produced in 2008 and 449 kg of grain per farmer. There are 2436 mu of flue-cured tobacco planting, 450650 kg of tobacco, 7.31 million yuan of tobacco farmers' income, 700 mu of newly planted mulberry, 2.1 million plants, 80 new standardized large silkworm rearing houses, 10 small silkworm rearing houses, 2164 silkworm rearing houses, 1360506 kg of cocoons, 2.23 million yuan of silkworm farmers' income, 1000 mu of sugarcane area, and 3699 tons of industrial pressing. Animal husbandry production unswervingly implemented the "3550" project, strengthened epidemic monitoring, prevention and control, with a total meat output of 6076 tons. Animal husbandry accounts for more than 45% of the total output value of rural forestry and animal husbandry. 1080 workers were transferred and exported, of which 563 were exported through guided and orderly training, and the labor income was more than 7 million yuan.
Scenic Spots and Historical Sites
Since the reform and opening up, the county Party committee and government have emancipated their minds, renewed their concepts, and vigorously introduced funds to transform the old city, which has greatly improved the appearance of the city. The old city and the new city are interwoven to form a new urban appearance with the characteristics of Dechang. The old street has a bell and Drum Tower, which is 24 meters high. It is arched with green bricks, and the central arch is 7.9 meters high. On the arch pier, there are three-story eaves, six corners, and a pointed wooden structure Pavilion. It was first built in 1838 of Daoguang (Qing Dynasty), and was destroyed by fire at the beginning of Tongzhi. It was rebuilt in the 13th year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu and destroyed in the 31st year of the reign of Emperor Guangxu. It was built from the 2nd year of Xuantong of the Qing Dynasty to the 1st year of the Republic of China (1910-1912). It is the only intact ancient building of the same kind in Liangshan Prefecture.
