Luogubo township is located in the east of 108 National Highway, 20 kilometers away from Xichang City. The township covers an area of 50.42 square kilometers, both of which are high mountains and two half mountain areas. It has jurisdiction over 5 administrative villages, 28 villager groups and 1943 mu of cultivated land.
