Zhuni Township
Zhani township is a township under the jurisdiction of Luding County, Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. Cluni township is located in the north of the county, 17.5 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 49.54 square kilometers and has a population of 3240 (2017). It is divided into Zhuni village, jinjiba village, gasyingpan village, dengyoufang village, Lianhe village, Songlin village and Jinhua village.
On December 23, 2019, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, it was agreed to abolish Zhuni Township and put its administrative area under the jurisdiction of lengqi town.
Historical evolution
Zhuni township was established in 1940; Erlangshan commune was established by merging with lengqi Township in 1958; Zhuni commune was established in 1962; Zhuni commune was restored in 1984. on December 23, 2019, with the approval of Sichuan Provincial People's government, it is agreed to cancel the cluni Township and put its administrative area under the jurisdiction of lengqi Town, which is located at No. 216, group 3, Tongzilin village.
economic development
The main agricultural products in cluni township are corn, wheat and rice, and the high mountains are rich in bamboo and weaving industry. Under the leadership of the township party committee and government, the industry has successfully transformed. Now clubni is rich in red cherry, peach, plum and loquat. Songlin village in Gaoshan has a pollution-free vegetable base in Dadu River Basin, which mainly consists of pepper, tomato and eggplant. In 2014, the vegetable base in dengyoufang village also achieved results. Lianhe village has a nursery base according to local conditions. the advantage of characteristic fruit is outstanding. As the core production area of "red cherry town" in Luding County, cluni township has prominent industrial advantages and no pollution enterprises in the village. It has the potential and advantages of developing rural tourism and industrialized agriculture and fruit industry. Under the guidance of the township party committee and government and the careful management of farmers, the high-quality fruits in cluni township have made great achievements, especially the cherry. The red cherry in cluni township is famous throughout the country for its huge, crystal, red and sweet taste. In recent years, high-quality fruits such as peaches and plums in cluni township have also developed and become the pillar industry of cluni township. This advantage can not only ensure that tourists can stay, but also enable tourists to eat fresh seasonal fruits throughout the year. According to the arrangement and deployment of the county Party committee and the county government, combined with the actual situation of chuni Township, the township party committee and government will take advantage of the cherry festival to vigorously promote the cherry and other high-quality fruits in chuni township to the market, further improve the popularity, and create a strong atmosphere of public opinion for chuni rural eco-tourism. In 2011, relying on the opportunity of the first red cherry festival and relying on the advantage industry to develop the characteristic farmhouse, there are 8 farmhouse which have begun to take shape. In 2015, the fifth red cherry festival will be held as a sub venue of Luding red cherry festival. Songlin village of our township has built the first pollution-free vegetable base in our township. The main crops are red pepper, green pepper, tomato and erjidou. By the end of 2014, it had a scale of more than 800 mu.
