Named after Jiefang Road, it is located in the center of Lixia District, Jinan City. Starting from Jiefang Road intersection in the East, it is connected with Jianxin street; reaching Qinglong bridge in the west, it is connected with Quancheng commercial street; starting from Lishan road RT Mart in the south, it is adjacent to Wendong street; and reaching the provincial military region receiving station in the north, it is connected with Dongguan Street.

Jiefang Road, with an area of 2.06 square kilometers, has five neighborhood committees and 40750 residents (2010). Area is the southeast of the old city Guanxiang zone, the west is the park around the city, there are four seasons garden, beautiful scenery.
