My hometown

"Wuyi" is named after Wuyi village in the township. It has jurisdiction over 6 villages, 6 villagers' committees and 10 villagers' groups. The total population is 3186 (2017). It is located in the south of zangtang county. It borders shangditang Township in the northeast, Seda County in the West and Shili Township in the southeast.

Before liberation, it belonged to the ASI tribe. Founded in 1959, it was originally set up in Dade and Erda townships;

In 1960, it was renamed Gengda township; in 1966, it was renamed Lixin people's commune; in 1967, it was established the production Committee of Lixin commune; in 1968, it was established the Revolutionary Committee of Lixin commune; in 1978, it was renamed Wuyi people's commune to avoid the same name as Gengda Township in Wenchuan County; in the end of 1983, it was restored to Wuyi township. Originally belonging to the DUCO district; after withdrawing from the district on February 10, 1989, it was directly under the jurisdiction of the county. Zhidiluote, 28 kilometers away from the county seat, 3105 meters above sea level. A few villages are located in the river dam, and most villages are distributed in the high mountains on both sides of the Duke river.
