Xinmin community, Zhonghe street, high tech Zone, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, is located on the Bank of Dongfu river outside Chengdu, 6.9km away from Chengdu City, bordering Jinjiang District in the East, Zhonghe street in the South and Chengdu new Convention and Exhibition Center in the West.

It covers an area of 1.2 square kilometers. The total number of households in the community is 1069, registered residence is 3032, floating population is 10628, there are five residents group (9 clubs), 85 members of existing community members (including 5 members of the preparatory party), 8 members of the two committees of the community, 29 members of the community council, 37 members of the panel, 8 members of the supervisory committee, and 37 members of the democratic supervision group. Since its establishment, the neighborhood committee has strengthened its own construction and seriously served the community residents.
