Qinglang Township

Qinglang township is under the jurisdiction of Heishui county. Qinglang township was established in 1952, and zhier township was incorporated in 1965. In 1967, it was changed into commune. In 1973, it was changed into Qinglang commune. The highway in maoergeling District passed through.
