Introduction to villages and towns

Jin'an Hui Township is located in the suburb of Songpan county. It was established in 1959, renamed as Jin'an commune in 1978, and changed to Jin'an Hui Township in 1984. It is adjacent to Dazhai Township in the East, Qingyun Township in the south, Mu Ni Township in the West and Shili Hui Township in the north, covering an area of 23.42 square kilometers. There are 10 administrative villages and 16 village groups in the whole village. Dongyu village, the township government, has an altitude of 2850m, and ximending village is the highest residential area in the whole country, with an altitude of 3100m. There are no mineral resources and forest resources in the township, only a small amount of grassland resources; there are four main ethnic groups in the township, namely, Tibet, Qiang, Hui and Han. Grain crops are cooked once a year, and mainly produce wheat, bean and potato. The annual average temperature in China is 5.7 ℃, the highest monthly average temperature is 14.5 ℃, the lowest monthly average temperature is -4.3 ℃, the winter time is long, and the temperature difference is large in the morning and evening. The annual precipitation is 729.7 mm, the sunshine is sufficient throughout the year, the climate is dry, and there is no obvious four seasons. Since ancient times, it is not only a trade distribution center at the border of several provinces, but also a national corridor connecting northwest and southwest, with complex ethnic composition. Tibet, Qiang, Hui and Han people live here, exchange and integrate with each other, and gradually form the national pattern of entering the Anhui nationality township today. The villages of the Hui nationality are divided into ten administrative villages: Shunjiang village, Shunjiang village 2 village, Dongyu village, Waicheng village, Yaoba village, YAOGOU village, cangping village, ximending village, Bashan village and yangyutun village. The township government is located in Jin'an town of Songpan county county.

Historical evolution

Songpan has a long history of entering the Anhui Nationality Town, which is a military town in the border of China in ancient times, and a distribution center between the inland and the Western Qiang Tibet tea horse exchange City, and is called "plateau ancient city". After the Qin Dynasty destroyed Shu in 316 BC, the county of didi was established in the town of Sichuan main temple. It was established at the county level in Songpan area. It has been more than 2300 years old. In the first year of Wude, the Tang Dynasty, the emperor of Tang Dynasty was set up in Songzhou, and Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1379), and Songzhou and panzhou second Wei. The name of Songpan was founded in Zizi. Songpan hall and Songpan Zhili hall were set up in Qing Dynasty, and Songpan Zhili hall was changed to Songpan County in the second year of the Republic of China (1913). The county-level construction has been used until now. In December 2019, the people's Government of Aba Prefecture decided to cancel the entry into the Anhui township.

climatic conditions

Songpan is located in the middle of Minshan Mountain range, and belongs to the eastern margin of Qinghai Tibet Plateau. The difference between the East and the west is obvious, mainly in the high mountains; the terrain fluctuates significantly, and the relative elevation difference is relatively large. The lowest part of the solzikou in Baiyang township is 1082m, and the highest peak of Minshan Mountain is 5588m, and the relative elevation difference is 4506 meters. The mountains of Songpan, including Xuebaoding, gongbar, zheboka, huaziling, jinpengshan, cataclastic, hongxingyan and spicy mountain, are the main mountains. There are more than 200 Minjiang River, Fuliang River, thermal service curve, maoergi River, Baicao River and large and small tributaries. The average annual runoff of Minjiang River and Fujiang River with an average annual runoff of 4.02 billion cubic meters is finally formed. Due to the complex topography and the wide altitude, climate and precipitation in Songpan have obvious change according to the basin, and the microclimate is diverse and the disastrous weather activity is frequent. The Fujiang River Basin is wet and rainy with distinct seasons; in a few areas of Minjiang River Basin, it is dry and rainy, while most areas are cold and humid, and the winter is long without summer, spring and autumn are connected, and the seasons are unknown. The precipitation distribution is uneven in all regions, but the dry and rainy seasons are clear. The precipitation in rainy season accounts for more than 72% of the annual precipitation, with the annual average temperature of 5.7 ° C, the annual extreme minimum temperature of 21.1 ° C and the average annual precipitation of 720mm.
