Fushen Township
Fushen township is located in the west of Pingchang County, at the border of Yilong, Bazhou and Pingchang, 40 kilometers away from the county. Fushen township was originally named liangyazi. During the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, more than ten surnames, such as Li and Yan, were surnamed shangjianchang Town, which originally meant "five blessings come from heaven" and was named "Fushen". Originally under the jurisdiction of Qinglong township of Bazhong County, in 1946, Bazhong was put under the jurisdiction of Pingchang county. The township was set up in October 1950. In October 2003, the administrative division was adjusted and put under the jurisdiction of Dazhai township. It is a typical agricultural township in mountainous area.
Fushen Township governs the following areas: tuzhai village, Changsheng village, Baile village, Jinqiao village, Baoan village, Wan'an village, Yong'an village, Yufeng village and liangyazi village.
On May 25, 2020, Sichuan Provincial People's government decided to cancel Fushen township.

The township is located in mountainous areas, high in the north and low in the south, with mountains and ravines. The "tuzhaizi" is 864 meters above sea level, circling southward, with green pines and cypresses, lush vegetation, and cliffs all around. The "liujiamiao" mountain is like a cone, standing tall and straight, with towering ancient trees and shade blocking the sun. It is a tourist attraction. "Tuzhaizi", "yunpanliang" and "liujiamiao" stand in opposition. Fushen township is located in the west of Pingchang County, 38km away from the county, bordering on Daluo town and Fengxi Township in Bazhou District. The township has 9 villager committees and 84 villager groups, with a total population of 6930 (2017), covering an area of 29.79 square kilometers.

The township is located in the mountainous area, at the southern foot of Bashan mountain, adjacent to Dazhai Township in the East, xiangbitan town in the south, Nanfeng and Bazhong Fengxi in the west, Qingyun Township and Bazhong Daluo in the north. The rural mountain ranges are along the three branches, high in the north and low in the south, with mountains and ravines. Tuzhaizi, the highest peak in the territory, is 864 meters above sea level. Two streams flow into mengxiba River along Xiangtan. The ecological environment of Fushen township has been greatly improved. In particular, through afforestation, barren mountain greening, closing hillsides for afforestation and returning farmland to forests over the years, the forest coverage rate of the whole township has reached more than 40%, showing a better ecological environment.
Historical evolution
In his early years, Fushen was known as "liangyazi". In the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, more than ten Shang Jianchang towns, such as Li Yan, were named after "five blessings from heaven". In the early years, Fushen was successively under the jurisdiction of Daluo Township and Qinglong Township in Bazhong County; later, it was under the jurisdiction of Pingchang and Qinglong township; in October 1950, Fushen set up the township, and the people's Government of Fushen township was formally established in 1952; in October 2003, Fushen Township was abolished, Wan'an, Yong'an and Yufeng were under the jurisdiction of Xiangtan Town, and tuzhai, Changsheng, Baile, Jinqiao and Baoan were under the jurisdiction of Dazhai township; in October 2006, Fushen township was newly established and governed by tuzhai township There are 8 villages, namely, Changsheng, Baile, Jinqiao, Baoan, Wan'an, Yong'an and Yufeng. on May 25, 2020, the people's Government of Sichuan Province decided to abolish Fushen township.

The township is located at the border of the two counties (districts) in a remote location. There are 8.07 kilometers of "Fuda" exit road, about 12 kilometers of "Xiangfu" road, and the road from Fushen to Daluo is also hardened. Under the leadership of the Party committee and the government, through the innovation mechanism to grasp the development of public welfare undertakings, break the bottleneck restricting Fushen's economic and social development, mobilize the masses to invest in repairing Zhifu Road, build 36 kilometers of Village Road, renovate 8.07 kilometers of "Fuda" road, which was included in the rural hardening project of 2007 by the county government, and the hardening project has been completed. 100% of the village roads and 50% of the community roads have been built in the whole Township, which has laid a certain foundation for driving the development of local economy.

The rural economy is dominated by planting and breeding industry and labor export, and the planting industry is dominated by rice, rape, yellow flower, etc. Wan'an village has more than 120 mu of high-quality walnut garden, and Bao'an village has more than 50 mu of high-quality back season fruit, which has achieved initial benefits. Pig breeding is the leading industry, and vigorously develop small poultry.

There are 14 grass-roots institutions under the jurisdiction of the township, including 9 primary and secondary schools, with more than 1500 teachers and students. Six villages in the township have opened TV optical fiber, GSM digital mobile phone, program-controlled telephone and wireless telephone, realizing village to village communication.
